Existng file-based customer thought that they had a problem and they DID. They repeatably received the "chkdsk" message on restart after power failure. Upon the latest power outage at the office the chkdsk ran repeatedly all morning. We call a partner to stop by and see if he could help.
Examining the computer he discovered that the system had two drive set to mirror each other and both had failed. Neither drive was readable and I was called back.
Luckily they are a customer utilizing our file-based backup service and we were able to recover all their application data and were up by Monday morning.
